Adds a code from your phone to your password, so a stolen password is not enough. Works with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and similar apps.
1. In your authenticator app, add an account and scan this picture.
Cannot scan? Enter this key by hand:
2. Type the 6-digit code the app shows.
Save these recovery codes now. Each works once if you lose your phone. They are not shown again. Keep them somewhere safe, away from the phone.

🔐 User Management
Add or update a Hub user. Leave password blank to keep the existing one.
To reset a password: enter their email, set a new password, and save. Name and tools will stay the same.
Their Management spreadsheet. Set once here and COS / Reviews configure their roster sync automatically — no per-tool paste.
This person's own rendering NPI. Leave blank if they only do billing and never render services.
One rendering provider per line as Name, NPI. Each visit uses its own provider's NPI; the group NPI above is the billing NPI. Leave blank for a solo provider.
The per-session rate this provider bills to the CONT tab. Session Notes uses it automatically when logging a session.
Set once at onboarding. The provider never sees or changes it; Session Notes switches layout automatically at their next sign-in.
Optional. When on, Session Notes shows a notice listing children due for a review within 30 days (or overdue) and children in their COS window (30 days before their 3rd birthday through 3 days after). The provider acknowledges to continue; it comes back every week until the date is updated.
